Ordering

Online orders are for pickup at the store during our ordering hours. Prices and tax are computed by our point-of-sale system at checkout. If a payment fails, no order is placed and you are not charged. Refunds are handled at the store, call us and we'll make it right.

Order & account text messages

Two kinds of texts, and you choose both. Sign-in codes arrive only when you enter your number and request a code. Order updates arrive only if you check the optional box at checkout that says:

Yes, text me updates about this order: a confirmation when it comes in and a text when it is ready for pickup. Message frequency varies by order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Leave the box unchecked and your order still goes through, with your receipt by email instead.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any text to stop messages; reply HELP for help. Stopping texts never affects your order itself.

• Messages come from Yianni's Market, Eastville, Virginia.
• You may receive order confirmations, order-ready alerts, and sign-in codes, and nothing else.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. You can also call us at (757) 678-7900.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
