Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect only what we need to make your order and hand it to the right person. We don't sell your information. Ever.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, mobile number, what you ordered, and your pickup time. If you share an email address, we use it for your receipt.
• If you make an account: the same, plus your order history and saved preferences (like your usual tip). Accounts are sign-in-by-code, we never store a password.
• Payment: your card details go directly to Clover, our payment processor. They never touch our systems and we cannot see your card number.

Text messages

We text you about your order, a confirmation, a sign-in code if you use an account, and a message when it's ready. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We only send marketing texts if you separately said yes to them, and you can stop anytime by replying STOP. Details are in our Terms & SMS Consent.

Who else sees your information

Only the services that make the site work: Clover (payments and orders), our text and email providers (to deliver messages), and our secure database host. Each gets only what it needs to do its job.

Your mobile number stays private

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with anyone. The one exception is the messaging provider that must handle your number to deliver our texts, and it may not use your number for anything else.

Your choices

Want your account or information deleted? Call the store or ask at the counter and we'll take care of it. Legally required records (like payment records) are kept as long as the law says.
